So most of the year has gone by and it has been very eventful for me. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs that have brought many changes in my life. My father passed away. He was very abusive alcoholic early on. As mean as he was to me as a child, I still forgave him. Now he is on the other side which I don’t think that he believed in. I have seen his spirit, he is very somber. Quiet at first, but then almost shocked that I was right all of these years. Once a spirit acclimates to the other side, they become more comfortable. They understand things very clearly that’s when the bad usually become quiet. 

I have had some amazing people in my home for readings. So far this year even a pastor came with his wife. As I have said many times, the veil is thinning between this world and the next. That is why so many people are getting readings today, more so than ever before. Many people are coming to me who 10 years ago would never even think to get a reading done.

I am also going through a divorce this year. Like I said, a lot of changes have been taking place. I received an email from one of my phone readings in January saying, “Thank you for saving my life.” I also got an email from her best friend saying the same thing. I told this woman to avoid taking her daily train route, She took my advice and it turned out that the train she took regularly was involved in a horrific accident. I also recently told a woman who so desperately wanted grandchildren that her daughter would get pregnant soon. She was reluctant to believe me because three doctors told the family that she was unable to get pregnant and would never be able to have children. I received an email a month or so later from the woman saying that her daughter was pregnant and it was a miracle!

The hardest type of reading for me to do is for mothers who have lost children. It is common for the mothers to sometimes blame God or lose faith in him because they think “Who would let a child die?” I comfort as best as I can. One thing I do know is when a child passes they usually are the oldest souls that there are. They have had so many lives that they have learned all that they needed to, to stay on the other side with God. They come down to teach people something or a lesson. So many people usually learn that when a child passes, it is still the worst tragedy a family could suffer and my heart goes out to all of them.

Childhood Psychic Premonitions

Being a second generation psychic medium has not always been easy. When I was a child I did not understand my gift to the extent that I do now. I know that I was different because I had an invisible companion that I could see but no one else could. I remember thinking he was Jesus because of all of the wonderful things I heard about him from the Bible. It wasn't until later that I realized that it was my spirit guide.

I had a rough childhood. My father was a mean alcoholic and grounded me a lot. I could always count on my spirit guide to comfort me and make the most out of what I was going through. I had dreams and nightmares that scared me often. I know now that those dreams were past lives that I lived and most of them were not pleasant.

I remember seeing things in visions like plane crashes and fires. When these visions came to pass I realized what I saw ended up happening. I remember also being able to see relatives getting sick. I could somehow see trouble with their hearts and lungs. I also saw back pain and other medical issues. At first, it was scarey but as I got older I embraced it and helped many people.

At a young age I was also able to tell when people were lying. For example, there was this one girl who kept telling everyone that she was pregnant. She had everyone believing it and she got help and sympathy. I kept saying that she is not pregnant. No one believed me at the time and scolded me for making such accusations. This went on for months. People even said to me "Look shes gaining weight!" and I just stood my ground. Finally, she confessed to everyone that she was making it all up because she liked the attention. I was right all along.

Then one day a good friend of mine had a girlfriend that told everyone she had cancer. I knew that she didn't and made it known that I knew she was lying. She even went as far as telling people she was going through chemo therapy and she didn't know how long she was going to live. I remember people telling me that I am heartless. I still stood my ground. She finally admitted that she never had cancer and just wanted the sympathy and attention. After that, the people around me started trusting the things that I would tell them.

One of the scariest moments of my life happened many years ago in Las Vegas. I was looking for my brother whom was known to hang out in the seedy side of Vegas. I went to an old motel where he was said to be seen. It was a well known drug area and not a very nice place to be. I was taken to this motel room where my brother was supposed to be. I remember siting on one of the beds in the room with my back to the outer window when this guy walked in. I later found out that my brother owed him money. He was carrying a sports bag.

This is where my psychic abilities and spirit guide saved my life. The man found out who I was. He started yelling at me because my brother owed him money. I knew this man was a gang banger affiliated with the Bloods. Not someone to be taken lightly. What happened next was a miracle. He directed his anger towards me and turned to his bag. Without knowledge of how this happened, I was standing outside of the motel room looking into the window from outside. I saw him pull a gun from his bag and turned to aim it towards where I was sitting. I saw the whole things from the window. It was so surreal and heard the man say "Where did he go?" To this day I do not know how I got outside that room. It was all a blur. I ran as fast as I could out of there and never looked back. My angels were truly looking out for me that day.

1. How often should I get a reading?

The amount of readings a person can have is unlimited as long as the client has more questions that they would like answered. It is also a good time to have another reading done when predicted events have come to pass. Things tend to change and I am able to see if any new direction is needed.

2. Is there a guarantee that my deceased loved one will come through in a reading?

The desire to travel doesn't change once you cross over. At any given moment your loved ones could be ascended into heaven  or traveling the world. Recently, my brother passed over and came to me to tell me how awesome he felt and how he is out visiting beaches that he always wanted to go to. At any given time they can be out traveling, so there is no guarantee that they will be there for your reading. I will say that I have found that the more my client's focus on their loved ones the more often they tend to come through.

3. If someone is murdered why can't spirits come through and tell you who did it?

One of the most important things that I learned when I was on the other side was that we do not have the same thought process when we cross over as we do when we are here on earth. What is important to us now is not important when we cross over. When we cross over we feel that we have reached our goal which is to be on the other side. We are pain free and worry free. I believe that God did not create us to be able to conceive what the other side is like. When we get to the other side everything is revealed and makes sense.

4. Is there an acclimation period spirits have when adjusting to the other side?

Yes there is, which is why it is best to cross over with a lot of loved ones to help make it a smooth transition. I have found that as a medium, for the most part, the longer of a time period that the person has been crossed over for the easier it is for them to manifest themselves to me.

5. How do you receive your psychic information?

The way that I receive information varies depending on the situation. Sometimes it is in the form of a very clear spirit, or I hear them clearly. Sometimes they send information through the back of my head where the crown chakra is located which is there to receive psychic information. I also get information from my spirit guide that has spoken to the spirit directly.

6. What is it like to be a psychic medium?

Very early on I did struggle with it because I did not understand everything that I do today. I dreaded being around large crowds because I would always see many spirits around people. If they know that you can see them then they want you to pass along messages to their loved ones that are still here on earth.

7. How can you tell about people's past lives?

When I look at someone it's like watching a dream of their past life. I see the client in the dream but they do not physically look the same as they do now. I can see similarities that have carried over from their past lived into their current one as well. People who tend to fear things like heights and water have experienced tramatic events in their past lives such as falling or drowning.

8. Why do I keep having deja vu?

I believe that deja vu is directly related to past lives and the actual event of your spirit experiencing a certain event or place previously. In many instances people that  experience deja vu have psychic abilities themselves.

9. Do deceased family members come to us in dreams?

Absolutely a common mistake that people make is differentiating between dreaming about someone and being visited by someone. Visitations have an eerie real feeling to them. When you wake up you feel as though it really happened. For the most part, your loved ones want you to know that they are ok and are in an amazing place.

Saved By My Spirit Guide

It was a normal day, just like any other and my daughters decided that they wanted to go to the pet store. They had a friend visiting them so I took all of the girls to the pet store. When we were driving home I heard my spirit guide tell me to get into the left lane. Without hesitation I followed his instructions because he has never guided me wrong and always has good intentions.

Within seconds the car next to us was rear ended by a semi. My daughters and their friend witness the car getting totaled, glass shattering everywhere and the car was knocked off of the road. We were unharmed and drove right past it. This is a prime example of why listening to your spirit guide can save your life. If I had not listened we would have been the ones that got hit by the semi.

There have been many times that I would be speeding down the road and my spirit guide, Carl would tell me to slow down. I have made it a habit to listen to him. Almost every time Carl tells me to slow down a cop is waiting with a radar gun trying to catch people speeding along.

I try to get people to listen to their spirit guides. We all have several but should really focus on listening to one regularly. With a lot of practice and paying attention to what they are trying to tell us we all have the ability to hear our spirit guides. They have our best interests in mind always. Really, it's just us getting in the way of ourselves when making decisions. We need to make decisions with our hearts, not our ears. Look for future blogs about this topic. What is a Spirit Guide?

A spirit guide is someone that is assigned to you before you are born as an angel to help guide us in the right direction throughout our lives. We all have them but because most people can not physically see their spirit guides many do not realize that they are there. Just because you can not physically see your spirit guide does not mean that they are not there. It just means that you have to pay attention and listen to your intuition more to get in tough with your spirit guide.

Weather we know it or not we all have spirit guides. Once we get to know our guides and understand a little about how they work, life gets a little easier. A prime example of this is an experience I had where I learned that listening to my guide is always best.

One day I had an appointment that I was running late for. When I got to the car I realized that I forgot my keys. I went back into the house and grabbed them. When I got back into my car I felt like something was intentionally delaying me. It was my spirit guide Carl. I then realized that I left the address of my destination in a book inside the house and once again went back inside to grab it. Finally I was on my way to my appointment.

As I came around a long curved road I saw a horrific car accident happen right in front of my car. Right before my eyes it was a Porsche that hit another car head on that was in my lane. The car flipped up and threw the driver out of the window and she dies instantly upon hitting the pavement. I knew right then and there that if my spirit guide did not delay me I would have been involved in that accident. I realized that my spirit guide protected me from that accident by creating delays that don't normally happen. It is nice to know and understand that we all have a guide to look out for us.
